CORPORATE QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
               
High Precision Wales Ltd.

  1. Has been structured to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001-2008.
  2. Is determined to establish, document, implement and maintain its quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with IS0-9001-2008.
  3. Recognizes the important role that it plays within the Engineering industry and we are ready, willing and able to fulfill the specified needs of that industry, in terms of efficient sales and service, comprehensive and modern manufacturing facilities backed by dedicated technical and quality assurance personnel.
  4. Management Team is committed to Continuous Improvement in all aspects of the business. 
  5. Objectives for the Quality Management System and other general improvements shall be set annually and progress toward completion monitored on a monthly basis until formally reviewed at the Management Review chaired by the company Directors.

QUALITY POLICY MANUAL

This Quality Policy Manual describes the ways in which the Quality Management System and the associated procedures shall be implemented, operated and maintained to ensure that the company will only supply products that conform to agreed specifications and standards appropriate to the requirements of our Customers.

All company activities relating to quality shall be carried out in a defined and cost effective manner. 
Particular attention shall be given to continually satisfy and exceed the expectations of all our Customers.

The established Quality Management System has the full support of the Directors and every employee is hereby directed to comply with operating procedures, and be responsible for carrying out his or her duties in accordance with this Quality Policy.

ISO9000-2008 Quality Standard Exceptions

High Precision Wales Ltd utilizes Customer supplied product designs and engineering drawings to manufacture product.
For this reason, we have excluded procedures relating to ISO 9001-2008 clauses 7.3 for the Design & Development of Product.

In addition, the company also seeks exclusion from clause 7.5 in reference to “Service Provision” since its activities are limited to the in-house manufacture of Customer designed product.

12/7/2011 Mr Ken Cheshire has nearly completed work implementing changes to the quality policy manual and system process control diagrams in lieu of areas highlighted in a recent visit by aerospace customers.
